Hashem Abdullah al-Jayousi ,  a Palestinian politician and human rights defender, born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarm in 1901 ,  a high-ranking minister who participated in the governments of Jordan with various ministerial positions, and he is the former head of the Tulkarm municipality , and he served as the acting prime minister of Jordan. He is nicknamed "The Trans-Governmental Minister".

Birth and education

Hashem Abdullah al-Jayousi was born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank in 1901 ,  he received his education in the schools of his city of Tulkarm ,  and finished high school at the Islamic College in Beirut .  He then joined the American University there,  where he studied law for two years.

 Beginning with political life

• After Hashem al-Jayousi finished his university studies, he returned to his city of Tulkarm ,  and worked there as a lawyer,  and later held several positions in the city, including head of Tulkarm Court , mayor of Tulkarm , deputy head of the local education committee, and a member of the Executive Committee. for the city.
• Hashem al-Jayousi was among the members of the Fourth Palestinian Arab Congress in Jerusalem on May 25, 1921
