The memoirs of the prominent Palestinian thinker Munir Shafiq, which were published by the Center for Arab Unity Studies and entitled “From Embers to Embers: Pages from Memories of Munir Shafiq,” won the Palestine International Prize for Literature in its first edition, which was announced yesterday, Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. The book won the first prize, which is awarded to literary works concerned with the Palestinian cause, and more than 90 literary works competed for it in the last stage.

Fidaa al-Zumar, who heads the Child Committee of the Palestinian Women's League at the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad, won the Palestine International Prize for Literature 2022 in the children's category.
