Student Amal Muhammad Al-Kharouf (Al-Shawabkeh) from Al-Fawwar Camp, south of the city of Hebron, ranked third in the world in scientific creativity.
The creative Amal participated for Palestine among 7,012 contestants from 120 countries around the world, and won the Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Award for Youth Creativity for the Sustainable Development Goal, which was announced in the State of Bahrain in 2018.
The student, Amal, is the daughter of the liberated prisoner Muhammad Al-Kharouf (Al-Shawabkeh), who grew up in Al-Fawwar camp, south of the city of Hebron, and is an eleventh-grade student at Al-Fawwar Secondary School.
Amal received several awards at the local and international levels, including the Palestine Exhibition Award for Smart Applications, and she has a patent for preventing cars from sliding on icy roads in winter for the year 2018.
