Zahran Khalil Saleh Abu Qubaita (Abu Nidal; born on August 1 , 1948 in Yatta - died on January 4 , 2020 in Yatta ) is a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian . He was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, after he ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as a candidate . Independent in the Hebron Governorate district, he received 15,841 votes.
