Ali Muhammad Hussein Hamidat Abu Al-Rish (born on March 13 , 1960 in Surif ) is a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian . He was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, after he ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as an independent in the Hebron Governorate district and obtained 12,087 votes. [1]
