Abdul Rahman Yousef Ahmed Al-Jamal is a Palestinian politician and member of the Second Palestinian Legislative Council for Deir al-Balah Governorate .

His life
Al-Jamal was born in the Nuseirat refugee camp near Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip. 

In 1987 he obtained his bachelor's degree.  He completed his master's and doctorate degrees at the University of Jordan.
