Mr. Mohammed Najjar is the Director of the Infrastructure and Energy Sector at PADICO Holding. He also manages PADICO’s investments in the Gaza Strip and plays a significant role in developing investments in infrastructure and vital projects through his membership in the boards of directors of several group companies, including Palestine Power Generation Company, Palestine Real Estate Investment Company, Palestine Industrial Investment Company, Palestine Industrial Zones Establishment and Management Company, Jerusalem Tourism Investment Company, Al-Mashtal Tourism Investment Company, and others. Mr. Najjar chairs the board of directors of Qatra Company - the water and sewage services provider in Rawabi City.

Mr. Najjar has over 15 years of proven practical experience in the fields of development and infrastructure development, having worked on several infrastructure programs implemented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
