Ahmad Hashem Ahmad Zughair (Abu Hashem; born November 5, 1937 in Jerusalem - died January 17, 2018 in Jerusalem) was a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian. He was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, when he ran in the Palestinian general elections in 1996 as a representative. He represented the Fatah movement in the Jerusalem governorate constituency and got 7,613 votes.
He was a member of the Palestinian National Council and the Palestinian Central Council, Chairman of the Agricultural Association in Jericho, Chairman of the Jerusalem Committee in the Palestinian Legislative Council, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jerusalem and President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Palestine.
