Riyad Dib Salim Zanoun (born October 1, 1937 in Gaza) is a Palestinian doctor, former minister, and a member of the Fatah movement. He was the first Minister of Health in the Palestinian National Authority, where he assumed the position on May 20, 1994 and continued until October 29, 2002 within the first, second, third and fourth governments of Yasser Arafat.

On September 16, 2008, Al-Za'noun announced his resignation from the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza due to health reasons.
