Musa Amer Odeh, whose nom de guerre is Kifah Odeh (born December 20 , 1947 in Dura), is a Palestinian diplomat and politician . He was the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Nicaragua , the Philippines , and Brazil , and between 2006 and 2021 he also served as the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Spain.
His life
Odeh was born in the Dura area of the Hebron District on December 20, 1947, during the period of the British Mandate over Palestine . He finished his high school education in 1968 in Dura , obtained a diploma in fine arts from Huwwara College in Irbid , Jordan in 1970, and later in 1982 he graduated from the Arts, Philosophy and Sociology program at the University of Damascus .
He was appointed Ambassador of the Political Department of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Tunisia between 1988 and 1990, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Nicaragua between 1990 and 1991, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Philippines between 1991 and 1994.
In 1995, he was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Brazil, and continued in the position until 2005, when he was appointed Ambassador to Spain .
On December 4, 2016, he won the Fatah Revolutionary Council elections , which were held during the movement’s seventh conference, and became a member of it.
