Information

Othman was born in Jerusalem in the middle of the 18 century to a rich family. Othman served in many governmental jobs; appointed as a member of the Mutasarrifate Council; he then joined the Committee of Union and Progress and he was elected as a parliamentarian of the Chamber of Deputies (Ottoman Empire); representative of Jerusalem at the Chamber of Deputies during the World War I.
