Daoud Al Zaatari (born on July 7, 1958 in Hebron - ) is a Palestinian electrical engineer, academic and university professor, born in the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank. He served as President of Palestine Polytechnic University from (1997-2008), President of Palestine Technical University (2008-2012), and Mayor of Hebron (2012-2017), and currently he is President of Al-Zaytoonah University for Science and Technology.
