Khairy Naji Abd al-Fattah al-Uraydi (October 15, 1947 in Husan - ) is a Palestinian sociologist and diplomat.

He received his high school diploma from Bethlehem Boys' Secondary School, and in 1970 he obtained a BA in Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology from Beirut Arab University, then in 1985 he obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and later in In 2001 he received a doctorate in political science from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Achievements and Awards

On June 9, 2007, the Russian Federation awarded him the Gorchikov Order of the First Class.
