Ziyad Muhammad Ahmad Abu Ein (November 22, 1959 - December 10, 2014) is a Palestinian politician and minister, and member of the Revolutionary Council of Fatah, born in 1959. He joined Fatah early. He held several leadership positions in the movement. He also held the position of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Prisoners Affairs from 2003 to 2006, then was appointed head of the Committee to Resist the Wall and Settlement in 2014 with the rank of Minister, and held that position until his death on December 10, 2014; After the Israeli forces suppressed an olive tree planting activity in the village of Turmusaya, Ramallah.

Abu Ein held several leadership positions in the Fatah movement, and also held several political positions:
Member of the Palestinian Industrialists Union in 1991
Director General of the General Control Authority in the West Bank in 1994
President of the Association of Former Revolution Fighters 1996
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners 2003-2006
In 2009, he won the elections for the Palestinian Revolutionary Council held during the Sixth Fatah Conference in Bethlehem and became a member of it.
Head of the Settlement and Wall Resistance Commission 2014 with the rank of Minister.
