Mashhour Muhammad Abu Daqqa is a Palestinian academic and lecturer who held the position of Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Transport and Communications within the first government of Salam Fayyad in the period 2007-2009, and the position of Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology within the second government of Salam Fayyad in May 2009 and continued until his resignation in April 2012.
