Randa Al-Nabulsi (born 1951 in Nablus) is a Palestinian diplomat, politician, author, and former prisoner of the Israeli occupation. She served as the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Portugal between 2006 and 2010, and to Mexico between 2010 and 2013. In 2008, she published the book "The Voice and Echo".
Israel arrested her for the first time in 1968, and again in 1969, and she was sentenced to ten years in prison, but she spent about 4 years and was deported in 1972. The Jordanian judiciary sentenced her to death, but she was pardoned in 1985.
She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University.
Israel allowed her to return to the Palestinian territories in 1996.
She worked as a diplomat in Cuba, Germany, Spain and the League of Arab States, then as an ambassador for the State of Palestine to Portugal and later to Mexico.
In 2017, she retired from diplomatic work, and has held the position of Director General of the Dhafer Al-Masry Foundation since 2018.
