Walid Ibrahim al-Mutasim (1953 in Jerusalem - ) is a Palestinian politician and diplomat. He is the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Peru.

Childhood and educational attainment

Walid al-Taqari was born in Jerusalem in 1953. He completed his secondary education in Jericho and in 1971 went to Cairo to obtain a BA from Ain Shams University in Law.
