Dr. Ismail Saeed Radwan is a leader in Hamas and the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Hamas government headed by Mr. Ismail Haniyeh, which controls Gaza. He previously served as a media spokesman for Hamas, and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Aqsa Media Network. He is also a professor of hadith at the Islamic University of Gaza and holds a doctorate in hadith sciences.
