Dr. Khalil Ismail Ibrahim Al-Hayyah (Abu Osama) (born in Gaza on November 5, 1960 AD) is a Palestinian politician, a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, a member of the movement's political bureau, deputy head of the movement in the Gaza Strip, and head of the media office Hamas, and one of its leaders. He was subjected to several assassination attempts, and as a result of these attempts, 19 members of his family were killed.
