Fadi Adeeb Farid Qaddoura al-Jayousi (born September 26, 1980 in Ramallah) is a Palestinian-American politician who participated in the 2020 US general elections within the Democratic Party and won a seat in the Indiana State Senate after obtaining 52.5% of the votes in District 30. He is the first Arab Muslim to win membership in the Indiana Senate.

Kaddoura was born in the West Bank to Palestinian parents. Hajar Kaddoura, at the age of 19, to study computer science. He lost his home and went through a difficult period with his family in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina.
Kaddoura studied at the University of New Orleans and obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science. He obtained a Master's degree from Rice University in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management. He also obtained a PhD in Philosophy in Philanthropy and Public Policy from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis.
He has worked in scientific research at the University of Texas and the University of New Orleans.
