Hashem Suleiman Saleh Daraghmeh (born April 28, 1940 in Tubas - died January 7, 2013) was a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian. He was the mayor of Tubas, and a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006. He ran independently in the 1996 Palestinian general elections. In the Tubas district, he got 2,132 votes.
