Ahmed Abdel Majeed Al-Khalidi (1945 in Jerusalem - )  is a politician , university professor , university faculty member, lawyer and Palestinian minister .

Ahmed Abdel-Maguid Mubarak Al-Khalidi holds a PhD in Public Law , Political System and Constitutional Law from Cairo University since 1979. 

working life

Al-Khalidi worked as a lawyer in Nablus . He was a professor of law and dean of the Faculty of Law at An-Najah National University. For several years, he was instrumental in drafting a permanent Palestinian constitution. 
In March 2006, al-Khalidi was appointed Minister of Justice in Ismail Haniyeh's first government .
