Khawla Ragheb Abdel-Hay Shakhshir (born February 25, 1947 in Nablus) is a Palestinian academic. She was Minister of Education and Higher Education from June 2, 2014 until June 30, 2015. Shakhshir holds a doctorate in science education since 1981 from the University of Northern Colorado in the United States.
