Ahmad Al-Abd Muhammad Al-Shaibi (1946-) is a Palestinian doctor and politician. He was Minister of Health within Yasser Arafat’s fifth government, and Governor of Khan Yunis Governorate between 2014 and 2023.

On October 26, 1999, he was appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza.
On October 29, 2002, he was appointed Minister of Health in Yasser Arafat's fifth government, which lasted until March 30, 2005.
On March 9, 2003, he was appointed Secretary-General of the Supreme Health Committee.
On September 5, 2003, he was appointed a member of the Palestinian National Committee for International Humanitarian Law.
On May 10, 2007, he was appointed as an advisor to President Mahmoud Abbas for health affairs, with the rank of minister.
On July 2, 2014, he was appointed governor of Khan Yunis Governorate.
On August 10, 2023, President Mahmoud Abbas referred him for retirement.
Achievements and Awards
Medals
On August 17, 2023, President Mahmoud Abbas awarded him the Star of Merit of the State of Palestine Medal, and handed it to them during his meeting to honor the retiring governors on August 20, 2023.
