Muhammad Abdullah Saleh Tarshani is a Palestinian diplomat born in the Gaza Strip . He was Director General in the Palestinian Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in 1995. [2] and Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kazakhstan, Albania, Uzbekistan , Turkmenistan, Tajikistan , Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan .

Diplomatic life

In 1993, he was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kazakhstan and continued until 2005, when he was transferred to occupy the position of Palestinian Ambassador to Albania, where he remained until 2010.
On 10 October 2013, he presented his credentials as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Uzbekistan . [4] and continued until 2022.
On 21 January 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan . [5] It continued until 2017.
On 8 March 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Tajikistan . [6] It continued until 2020.
On 23 April 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kyrgyzstan . [7] It continued until 2022.
On 2 February 2016, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Afghanistan . [8] It continued until 2022.
