Amin Ahmed Mohammed Abu Hasira is a Palestinian diplomat who served as Palestine's Commissioner-General to Canada ,  and its Ambassador to Morocco .

On August 28, 1995, he was appointed Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation . 

On October 31, 2005, he was appointed Head of the Palestinian Mission to Canada until the end of 2010. 

He assumed the duties of Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral Relations and Director of the Arab Affairs Department at the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

On 1 August 2013, he was transferred to Morocco as Ambassador of the State of Palestine .  He presented his credentials to the King of Morocco on 25 September 2013. 

He was retired effective June 1, 2015.
