Hazem Mohammed Ismail Shabat (born July 30, 1974 in Jabalia ) is a Palestinian diplomat with the rank of ambassador since June 1, 2016.  He served as the resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Tanzania between 2016 and 2018 ,  and non-resident Ambassador to Seychelles ,  and since presenting his credentials on December 9, 2018, he has served as the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kenya .
