Adnan Ahmad Mousa was born in Qeitiya, North-East of Safed. When al-Nakba occurred, his family moved to Syria and stayed in Dier Al-Zour city; received his elementary and secondary stages in Syria; then he joined Damascus University (Mechanical Engineering) in 1971, head of the General Union of Palestinian Engineers.
