Ali Ibrahim Ghazal al-Qawasmi (born in 1940 in Hebron - ) is a Palestinian pharmacist and a member of the Fatah movement. He served as Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Transportation in Yasser Arafat's second and third governments, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Yasser Arafat's fourth government. He was also a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council in the period 1996-2006 for the Hebron district, where he received 10,334 votes, and the head of the Hebron Reconstruction Committee in the period 1996-2016.
