Rakad Mahmoud Salem was born in 1944 in a Palestinian village in Acre called Al-Kabri, which was destroyed and displaced and expelled from it in 1948. It is a village famous for its springs and springs, and where the best of Palestinian leaders appeared, such as: Khaled Al-Yashiti, whose nom de guerre is Abu Mahmoud, a Palestinian politician who is the Secretary-General Since 1995, the Arab Liberation Front and the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party. The Israeli authorities arrested him on 10/2/2002 in Ramallah and sentenced him to eight years in prison on charges of distributing money ordered to be given by former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein to the families of the martyrs. He was released on 10/1/2007.
