Fadwa Muhammad Ismail Ibrahim, better known as Fadwa al-Barghouti (Umm al-Qassam; born on May 15, 1963 in Kober), is a lawyer, member of the Palestinian Revolutionary Council, and wife of prisoner MP Marwan al-Barghouti. She holds a master's degree in law in 2003 from Al-Quds University, and holds a BA in law. from Beirut University in 1997.
In 2009, she won the Fatah Revolutionary Council elections held during the Sixth Fatah Congress in Bethlehem and became a member of it. On December 4, 2016, she again won the membership of the Council.
