Information
Palestinian photographer Amjad Jarada challenged the poor economic conditions in the Gaza Strip and invested his talent in creating his own project.
Clinging to passion and challenging unemployment, Amjad created his own project with simple means, as he turned the roof of his house into a painting to take the most beautiful pictures.
Amjad does 6 to 7 various photo sessions every day, between cactus plants, old collectibles, and antiques, from which he made backgrounds for photography, until the roof of his house became a shrine for many.
Amjad was injured during the return marches on the border with the occupied territories, in October 2018, and he continues to cover the crimes of the occupation.
