Palestinian director and producer Raed Andoni lives in Paris and has been working in the field of independent cinema since 1997. Andoni helped establish the production company “Dar Films” in Ramallah. He produced a large number of documentary films that won several awards and distributed them internationally. In 2008, he co-founded the production company LES FILMS DE ZAYNA in Paris. He directed his first feature-length documentary film, “Improvisation” (2006), which was shown at several international festivals, and won the 2006 Arts and Culture Award in the International Mediterranean Documentary Film Competition organized by the Mediterranean Center for Audiovisual Communication (CMCA). His film “Headache” (2010) premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010. His film “Hunting Ghosts” (2017) premiered at the Berlin Film Festival, where it won the Best Documentary Award and the Audience Award.
