Amid Al-Imam Amid Al-Imam: A Palestinian journalist from Jaffa. He was born and educated there, and graduated from the American University of Beirut. He returned to Jaffa and wrote for major Palestinian newspapers. He published in Cairo (in 1946 AD) the magazine (Arab Unity) and it was suspended. He worked in editing Rose Al-Youssef magazine. Then he participated in editing Al-Jumhuriya newspaper (1953 - 1958 AD) and wrote in other newspapers. He published his books (Reconciliation with Israel), (The African), and other stories, and (Israel, the Fascist State), which he published in English. “Is Paris Burning” was translated into Arabic by American and French journalists. He died in Cairo.
