A Palestinian journalist, she was born in Jerusalem 1987; Rawia received her MA in Law from the University of Buckingham, England; worked as a journalist at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Al-Ayyam Newspaper and MBC FM.

Rawia currently resides in Dubai where she works as TV presenter of Al Arabiya Channel (Sabah Al Arabiya).
