A Jordanian director of Palestinian origin, Salah was born in Asira ash-Shamaliya, District of Nablus in 1944; finished his secondary education in Nablus, he then joined the University of Jordan; graduated in 1967 with a BA in Psychology; one of the co-founders of Dubai TV in 1974; worked at Al Quds Open University. 
Salah currently works as a director of the Business Development Directorate at the Arab Telemedia Services.
