Born on May 29, 1971, a Palestinian-American journalist, born in Kuwait, traces her origins to the town of Beit Sahour in southern Jerusalem, currently works for Al-Jazeera, where she joined in 1999 as a major news anchor and presenter of programs such as "Between the Lines", "Minbar Al-Jazeera"
Her mother, Karima Ayyad, worked as a journalist and gave interviews to Anthony Quinn, Faten Hamama, and the wife of the former Indonesian President Sohart. She joined Channel Television in 1998, with a degree in Political Science.
