Dana Hamdan (July 1, 1979 -), a
Jordanian actress and fashion designer of Palestinian origin, is one of the
talented women in the field of fashion design in the Arab world, due to the
background of her distinguished projects related to fashion and the arts. She
also had an acting experience in an Emirati business.
She holds a certificate from the Up
to Diet Academy, which is located in Milan, Italy. After her studies, she
settled in Dubai since 2010 and worked as a fashion designer. She supervised
several television programs, including “Zaffa”, whose idea revolves around
helping the bride in her preparations for the expected wedding through many
stages that are prepared by elite specialists.
She loves diversity in the field of
fashion, as she does not specialize in a specific line, and she justifies that
by wanting to stay in touch with everything that is going on in this field,
because fashion is a chain that is linked together.
She showed a set of her own bags, as
well as dedicating a bunch of her designs to pregnant women, because she feels
confused when choosing her clothes. She also added a new line in the world of
fashion for evening events.
In 2011, she had her first
experiences in drama by participating in the heritage series “Wadimah”, which
tells about a love relationship between a girl and a young man who are related
by kinship and separated by the same connection, and the events take place in
the period from the fifties to the seventies of the last century, which is the
time period that witnessed great transformations. The physical, social and
cultural levels in the Gulf region, during which customs and people changed.
At the end of 2011, she presented
the Makeup Forever Show Stylist at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival, and was chosen
in the same year as Pond's cosmetics brand ambassador. She is the sister of
