Ola Al-Faris (November 6, 1985) is a Jordanian media and journalist of Palestinian origin.

She graduated from high school at the age of sixteen, joined the Faculty of Law, and completed her university studies at the age of nineteen from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, majoring in law.
She began her media career at an early age, and is considered the youngest correspondent in the Middle East at the age of seventeen, according to the “British Oak Magazine.” She worked as a news correspondent for Al-Arabiya channel from Jordan for four years, in 2004 with the support of Saad Al-Silawi, who supported and encouraged her, and then joined the news in MBC 1 channel as a broadcaster and presenter of the social news program “MBC in a Week”. And she sparked a great controversy among the Arab street after she tweeted about Jerusalem in response to Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine, and her tweet sparked angry reactions, as some interpreted it as offensive to Saudi Arabia.
In early 2017, she submitted her resignation from MBC to move to the Rotana Group, and this contract was suspended, and in 2019 she effectively ended her contract with them, and on May 31, 2019, she announced that she had joined the Al-Jazeera crew to present news bulletins and a variety program entitled “With or Against” on BN. Drama affiliated with the network as a news anchor on the "Al-Jazeera" news channel. In May 2019, the Emirati Al-Dhafra TV channel announced the cessation of the Bedouin series (Sabr Al-Azoub), after Ola announced her joining the Qatari Al-Jazeera channel, which spreads terrorism, hatred and chaos in the Arab world, as they said.

her private life
Ola comes from a family involved in political work. Her grandfather, “Abdul Raouf Muhammad Al-Faris,” was a deputy in the Arab Hashemite Union when Iraq entered Jordan (the Arab Hashemite Union) in addition to his work as a member of the fourth Jordanian parliament in Jordan from 1954 until his death in 1984 and representative of Jordan In the Council of the Arab Federation, as for her father, Tahseen Abdel Raouf Al-Fares, he was elected as a member of the Jordanian parliament in 1985. When the Palestinian National Authority was established in 1993, he worked as a special advisor to the late President Yasser Arafat as an independent politician who did not belong to any movement. He was subjected to a failed assassination attempt, then he died in 1999 in Jordan, and a military funeral was held for him, in which Prince Hassan bin Talal participated.
