Awni Bashir ( 1945 - 1998 AD ), is a Palestinian journalist .
Awni Bashir was born in the village of Abu Shusha in the Ramla district of Palestine in 1945 AD . He lived through the tragedy of the Nakba and displacement. He resided in Jordan , then in Lebanon , and worked in the United Arab Emirates , until he settled in London in the early eighties of the twentieth century. He worked for the magazine “Al-Mawqif” and then “Solidarity” until it settled in the publications of the Saudi Research and Marketing Company, specifically in “Al- Majalla ” magazine, “ My Lady ” and “ Al-Sharq Al-Awsat ” magazine.
