Iraqi journalist Ibrahim Al-Zubaidi says about Khaled Baabaa: “Two of the most sincere people I have seen in my life are: Dr. Mohi El-Din Saber, President of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization, and Dr. Khaled Baabaa, Director of Media at the League of Arab States. Dr. Khaled Baabaa volunteered to follow up on the project of producing thirty film episodes about the most important things that the world has learned from our Arab civilization throughout the ages in the corridors of the League of Arab States. He is the one who drafted the official and personal letters that the League’s Secretary-General, Chadli Klibi, sent to the Arab Ministers of Information, to prepare them to accept funding for the project, before they came to Tunisia. He drafted the recommendation of the Conference of Arab Ministers of Information, and completed a memorandum to disburse fifty thousand dollars from the League’s media budget, based on the approval of the Secretary-General.”
