Born in Al Khail in 1951
He completed his schooling in Hebron in 1969
He then worked for three years in the Hebron municipality before enrolling in university.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jordan in 1977
He obtained a higher diploma in management from Hebron University with honors in 2000.
He was appointed to the Central Laboratory / Ramallah in 1978, then transferred to Al-Khail Hospital to work as Director of the Laboratory and Blood Bank, then Director of the Junoon Area Laboratories
He was appointed as a member of the Medical Laboratories Licensing Committee in 1995
In 2007, he was appointed Director of Supporting Medical Affairs at Hebron Governmental Hospital - Alia.
Member of the National Quality Assurance and Management Program – Palestinian Ministry of Health.
He joined the General Assembly of the Association of University Graduates in 1977
Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Ihsan Charitable Society / Hebron from 1987 - 1994
The Vice President of the Executive Council of the Nafeed Foundation / Hebron Branch
Member of the general assembly in several charitable societies in Hebron Governorate
He participated in numerous scientific conferences and has made many scientific contributions.
A founding member of the Palestinian Medical Laboratory Syndicate, the first secretary of the syndicate's council, and the first head of the Hebron branch of the Medical Laboratory Syndicate.
