Born in Gaza 1902; finished his primary education in his village; secondary stage in Jerusalem; joined the American University of Beirut 1917. In 1921, he moved to Britain and joined University of Cambridge where he received his BA and MA degrees in Agriculture; a politician activist, contributed in the Arab revolt in 1929 and 1948, emigrated to Lebanon in 1948. Died on 24 June 1969.
