Dr. Ahmed Abu Jameh is an
Arab-German physician and a prominent cardiac surgeon. He was born in the city
of Beersheba. He studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine at Johannes
Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany (in German: Johannes
Gutenberg-Universität Mainz) and completed his postgraduate studies to become a
lecturer and professor. He is considered one of the most important surgeons in
the Arab world and the world specializing in open and closed heart surgery and
artificial heart transplantation. He holds the German, Palestinian and Israeli
boards. He held the position of head of the medical team at the Center (Klinik
und Poliklinik für Herz-, Thorax- und Gefäßchirurgie) for heart diseases and
surgery in Mainz. And as a consultant in cardiac surgery there, he has many
scientific papers in German and English. Participated in a lot of global
scientific research. The accuracy of his operations has been awarded the Medal
of Excellence from CTSNet, which is jointly supervised by the Society of
Thoracic Surgeons (STS), the American Society of Thoracic Surgery (AATS), and
the European Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery (EACTS), and is considered the
best in the world in terms of accuracy, speed, and results. [1] [2]
