Dr. Ahmed Ayad holds a Ph.D. degree in Translation Studies from Aston University (2012). He joined the Department of English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts in 2012. Dr. Ahmed teaches courses in Translation Theories and History, Applied Translation (1, 2, and 3), Translation Seminar for Master's students, and English Language and Translation courses for undergraduate students. His research interests include exploring ideologies and the role of translators in confrontations and wars.
