Two Palestinian academics presented the Participatory Blended Learning experience applied in the Master’s program in Government and Local Governance at Birzeit University, during the Second Euro-Mediterranean and North African Dialogue Conference on Public Administration, which was hosted by the University of Granada in Spain.
The blended education presented by academics Dr. Jihad Al-Aissa and Dr. Muhammad Al-Hunaini, a modern practice in learning that makes the learner a unique source of information and enhances self-motivation and participation in the learning process.
The conference, which is considered one of the most important international conferences that brings together academic and professional expertise specialized in the field of public administration, included presentations of administrative practices and success stories from different countries, distinguished doctoral dissertations and research papers on topics related to the conference themes.
