Bashir Atall is a lecturer who obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Jordan in 2017 in the field of sports management and training. He has been lecturing at the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Quds University, Abu Dis campus, since 2010. Additionally, he works as a lecturer at the Palestinian Football Association for coaching courses at various levels. He has also served as a technical director for several clubs in the premier and semi-professional leagues, most recently with Shabab Al-Khalil, the premier league champion.
He has participated in numerous training courses and conferences aimed at developing sports, particularly football, in Palestine and neighboring Arab countries. He holds a diploma for professional coaches from Qatar and has received various training certificates in football and other sports such as swimming, diving, water rescue, refereeing, and physical fitness.
Previously, he worked as a fitness trainer at the Military Physical Education Center in the United Arab Emirates. He has also participated in conferences in Arab countries, including seminars on sports ethics in combating doping and the sports education conference at Yarmouk University.
Bashir has published several important research papers aimed at developing sports in both Arabic and English languages. He has also served as an external examiner for many master's theses.
