Dr. Adnan Daraghmeh is an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics at An-Najah National University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in abstract mathematics from An-Najah National University and a master’s degree in computerized mathematics from An-Najah National University. He received a European Union scholarship ( Erasmus Mundus ) to complete postgraduate studies and obtain a doctorate degree in applied mathematics - optimal control theory from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Free University of Berlin and the Technical University of Kutobus in Germany. Research interests: Operations research, linear programming, dynamic programming, applied mathematics, dynamic models and methods of controlling them, which can be used in the physical and engineering fields. He supervised a group of master’s students in several topics in applied mathematics and was an examiner for more than one graduate student in this field. He has published research in international journals with high impact factors and research that has been accepted for publication. He was chosen to arbitrate and review research related to topics in applied mathematics. Rapporteur of some courses as well as a member of some committees in the Mathematics Department.
