Born in Hebron in 1963.
He finished his schooling in Hebron in 1981.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences, specializing in "Animal Production", from the University of Mosul in Iraq in 1986.
He worked in the education sector as a teacher at Al-Aroub College / Hebron since 1987.
He previously served as the deputy director of Al-Aroub College.
Member of the General Assembly of the Association of University Graduates since 1988.
Member of the general assembly in a number of charitable and cooperative societies
Board member of the Agricultural Professionals Housing Association.
He participates in the working committees formed by the Association's council and chairs the Continuing Education Department Committee.
Member of the Executive Council of the Nafeed Foundation / Hebron Branch.
He currently works as the director of the Ministry of Higher Education office in Hebron.
