Born in al-Hashmiya - Jenin (middle of Palestine); 1932; his primary education in Barqen; secondary education in Jenin Secondary school. Jazzar got a scholarship to do his Bachelor degree in Chemistry in Cairo University; spent three years as a teacher in the secondary schools in Jordan; two years of teaching in Birzeit University; worked at ARAMCO company for two years then he returned to the American University of Birzeit, in order to do his Masters in Chemistry; worked in Birzeit until 1967, then he was forced to move to Amman; worked at the University of Jordan.
